Yesterday I made a roast Ham

and we never got to eat it, we had Mcd's at sons request after te football.

I have sliced it and put it in the fridge but would like to have it hot for dinner tonight.

Any ideas what I can do with it?

Nice sauce or something I don't know. I have tins of peaches and I thought about cooking it in the syrup from that but it may be too sweet

chop it up and add it to your fried rice with some peas and an onion (cook the onion first).

with mash and parsley sauce

in pasta with cream and peas

Feel a bit cheated sometimes, I put hours of effort into fab organic meals for the chap and then by the time hes gone to bed all i want is spagetti on toast!!
