trying to find quick pizza base recipe please

250g bread flour
1/2 sachet eesy blen yeast
1/2 tsp salt
150 mls warm water
2 tbspoon olive oil.

youcan use a bread maker, ot
add yeast to flour in a large bowel, add the warm water and mis untill the dough looks like a dogs breakfast all shaggy etc. Then transfer onto a floured surface and knead for 5mins, till dough is bouncy.. You can go ahead and roll it out now, or put in an oiled bowel cover with cling film and leave it somewhere warm till its doubled in seize..
heatr the oven to 200.
Knock the air out and roll onto a baking sheet/greesed sheeto of tinfoil.
(Ifreeze sheets of pizza dough like this as its easier to defrost)
add your topping and bake for about 20 mins

Thanks - I'm trying to avoid buying the expensive ones at the supermarket - at least if u make em urself youo know whats in them

And they taste about a million times better.

I do it like chapsmum, but add a teaspoon of sugar to teh water as well as the olive oil. and toddlers are very useful kneading machines.
