Some lovely recipes in it Tarantula ... my DH says the same about the number of recipe books I have too - don't know what he'll think when he sees me browsing the Green & Black's chocolate book which just arrived today! Anyway, I digress - tried Darina's wheaten bread & the end result had too hard a crust. Probably something I did wrong but you should't go too far wrong with wheaten!
