Turkey question - urgent

DH put a turkey in the oven about 4 hours ago and didnt leave me instructions. It's covered in foil and times up soon. Do I need to take the foil off?\

He's sleeping and dont want to disturb him.

Dh took it from his cousins to cook as we are going to a party at hers and she had 3 to cook.
