I've got some chicken, noodles, and some stir-fry type veg. How do I make a sauce to fry it in? I've got soy sauce...

nice just like that

i sometimes put in things like - sesame oil, spring onions, fresh root ginger, lemon juice, chilli/sauce/flakes, honey. not all just one or two. but i'm not a recipe type cook, so that may not be much help

Try honey, soya sauce, chillies, grated garlic, grated ginger, lime juice and a little sesame oil

3-4 cloves garlic - crushed
one tablespoon oyster sauce
1 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
splash lea & perrins
splash chinese wine
cut up the chicken really small so it cooks quickly. Add veg & garlic - then when nearly cooked chuck in teh sauce ingredients and the cooked noodles. Add a dash of sesame oil at the end.

Well, I enjoyed it!

dd fell asleep on the sofa while I was cooking and was pretty grumpy about waking up for dinner. Took one look and wailed "I don't like spinach!". But she did eat some when I said "no, no, thats not spinach its lovely pak choi". Ds sucked away on some pak choi too, bless his lettuce-loving soul. Dh's is waiting on a plate.
