Okay - so I'm defrosting turkey mince to make turkey burgers. There will be too much turkey burger for the hmc family to eat in one sitting....
Is it better to freeze the turkey burgers after I have made them up, i.e. not cook them and leave them raw for freezing (or can't I do that because the turkey mince has already been frozen and defrosted once already?)....
or,
is it better to cook all the turkey burgers and freeze the surplus of cooked burgers....but then, doesn't that mean when I come to defrost them and eat them in future that I have to heat them to a really high temperature (which risks making them chewy and unpleasant because they have already been cooked)?
If you come to the end of this culinary dilemma without nodding off - thank you and well done. Advice gratefully received.
