Proper mozzarella, rocket, avocado? Quick!

Can I just bung these three together with some balsamic and some olive oil (and fresh coriander? parsley? don't bother?) and get a sort of salad?

yes, do that. I'd put basil with it, but coriander might be nice.

Could you maybe stuff the avocado with the mozzarella and grill just to point of melting and serve with rocket,lemon and balsamic on the side?

My dads side of the family all were brought up there.

don't live there any more, dropinthe, but we used to & are now very close - london fields. do you know it? do your dad's family still live there?

I ended up just going off and putting it together before seeing any suggestions. Did put in tiny tomatoes, the avocadoes, it turned out, were still unusably hard, so it was loads of mozza, loads of rocket and similar, tiny tomatoes, and a bit of red pepper. DS2 loved it, DS1 didn't like the mozza (!!), DH loved it.

I would normally use basil, but don't have any in the house. My domestic sphere is collapsing! Well, ok, not really.
