Yes it is. It sounds such an odd method but works really well.
do the spuds onion combo for less though - say 10 mins
a dn flick the chicken over half way to crisp up both sides.

Its great " in a bowl in front of the tv" food
Have you actually cooked this, Gingerly? It sounds nice, just wondered if it was a lovely as it sounds!
I just picked that up this morning, it sounds delish.
