Lets get "thoughtful" about bread from clay ovens

Few months ago there was this chap on "Its Not Easy Being Green" who had built his own clay oven and was baking bread in it. To build my own oven is a dream of mine one day so I follow his story with interest. He lives in Bath and has opened "The Really Thoughtful Bakery" based entirely around this idea. He's into recycling and built his woodshed entirely with recycled pallets. If anyone wants the URL I shall supply it but I am sure Google is helpful in this regard.....
