Peel them, cut them into matchsticks & stir fry mixed with carrots, chard stems or whatever else with a bit of soy sauce.

Or my mum braises them & they are totally fabulous, but I'm not sure how she does it, I think in a casserole with some stock & a butter paper over? They always come with roast lamb but aren't cooked in the same pan I know.

Any recipe ideas for mini turnips?
They are quite strong flavoured, tried roasting them but that wasn't very successful.
