Harvest Chewee bars are nut free but very high in sugar although as a treat they would be fine. What about making them yourself? I don't have a recipe but I imagine you could do them with seeds, oats, puffed wheat and dried fruit
DD has clubs after school most afternoons and likes to take a little snack for after school/before club. A cereal bar is perfect as filling and quick/easy to eat, plus no prep for me! However, school is nut free and they all seem to contain nuts - or can anyone suggest one that doesn't?
