Oh doesn't sound good, but if it works and the bread is OK???? try cakes and bakes I got loads of sourdough help there (total novice with bread soz!)
Bump. Has nobody else experienced my cheese phenomenon?
Has something gone horribly wrong with my sourdough starter? It looks all good an bubbly and does get a rise in a loaf. But it smells a bit like cheese in an unpleasant cheesy wotsit way. Should I bin in and start again?
