DP works shifts and takes his evening meal to work in lunchbox. I usually batch cook things like chilli, spag bol, chicken curry, casseroles etc but he is getting tired of mince based meals. Any other ideas on what to make?

The meals really need to be quite filling and substantial as he cycles to work (to save on petrol etc) and can be put into one lunchbox to heat in microwave. He eats anything (and everything) was thinking of a "hearty" soup but don't know where to start.

Any ideas would be most welcome (veggie also) so I can slot the ingredients in the meal planner and shopping delivery. Thanks in advance.
