NNote: This topic allows you to post a picture with your message using the Browse button under the Add Message box. well i would have roast pork sandwiches with real butter on the bread and a sprinkle of salt......mmmmmmmmmm

I cut it into chunks, and then stir fry it with chopped onions, mushrooms and apples, add some double cream and grainy mustard and then serve it with rice. Delicious!

Theres a fair bit left in the fridge from yesterday and I'm stumped. DH isn't keen on cold roast meat.
