cant believe I have to wait until tommorow to use it. options are sausage casserole or lemon chicken. then on friday the otehr of these or ham and cherry coke. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Second that betty I popped a shoulder of pork in Friday night having first-rubbed it in salt, sugar and a bit of smoked paprika, added a sliced onion and some garlic cloves and left it on low fo 20 hours.
I did lamb shanks with the River Cottage baked curry sauce and it was mega yummy. Proper melt off the bone.
