I don't have any of the chicken left but have a large bowl of stock. I was hoping for something I could bung in the slow cooker tomorrow but DS said bean stew sounds yuk and I cant think of anything else with store cupboard ingredients.Any ideas?
Risotto?You can freeze stock.
Could you bag it up and freeze it until inspiration strikes?
Soup. Cut up lots of veg - small dice are best and include a potato to thicken it - and simmer til tender. Blend about half the soup then add it back to the rest. I make this all the time, using either left over stock or, failing that, Marigold veg stock powder. Even the DC's like it.

Oh, forgot to say I often add in a few frozen peas, or a small can of sweetcorn at the end (after the blending).
