NNote: This topic allows you to post a picture with your message using the Browse button under the Add Message box. Will beef stock taste strange to make a risotto?

Usually use chicken or vegetable but need to use it up, was going to do butternut squash & sage risotto?

Think it will be too strong unless go for say a mushroom and red wine risotto.
