Chicken breast - mascarpone and herbs inside?

Tonight is chicken breasts wrapped in streaky bacon. I have a bit of mascarpone left over from something else - just had a thought on putting a bit, plus some herbs, inside the chicken before wrapping... worried it will just be watery and yuck though once cooked and not actually add to the dish at all...

Anyone tried similar please?

Sounds lovely. Not done it with mascarpone, but you can do it with philadelphia so don't see why it would be a problem...yum!
