... anyone cooked this?

No, but would love to so bump!

I cooked this yesterday, but the recipe wasn't 100% clear, so was going to ask about it. It takes 8 hours to cook (after you marinated it overnight) and I don't know if you cook it in the marinade or not. I did cook it in the marinade, but the sauce was quite thin.... It was quite nice, but I've got a cold, so my tastebuds are half-dead. My 4yo DD kept coming into the kitchen with a little bowl asking for bits of the meat, so it must have been nice!

I know, fit or what?! It was going so well untill DD1 (2.4) was helping Grandma make some cakes and cracked the egg straight on the worktop! 'Just like the fit boys, Mamar!' 'Who?' 'Mummy watches them and they do cooking and she says they're fit!'
