What sort of film do you feel in mood for? No idea about netflix etc but could recommend happy feel good films which might help if you had a bad week. Xx

As in I have started a thread in "30 day" vintage

I like most things, in the mood for feel good or comedy. Or gritty, not a lover of action but like sci fi.

Odd Thomas on Netflix was really good, it was not what I was expecting but I gve it 5 stars.

I also recently watched liar liar again.

If you fancy it, they also have the good wife - love it. 😄

I was very pleasantly surprised by Begin Again on Netflix - it was a lovely film.

Ok, was just asking, didn't know it existed Grin

Any comedy with Sandra Bullock.

I loved The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

It was a lovely, easy, funny, feel good film.

Not read your other thread, but hope things get better for you soon.

I'm currently watching guardians of the galaxy. Lots of funny bits I've seen it a good few times. I'm watching it on sky though so unsure on Netflix or prime!

Still Alice and Selma are free on one or the other. Not cheery films but brilliant.

Also agree with Begin Again - bit happier than my other suggestions...

Warrior is always worth a watch if it's still on Netflix.

And Gone Baby Gone was good, but I don't think it's anybody's idea of uplifting.

Little Miss Sunshine is a bloody brilliant feel-good film, doesn't feel like it as the character build is really indepth, but it's just wonderful
What Dreams May Come makes crying a cathartic help
If you like Joss Whedon then Doctor Horrible's Singalong Blog is on youtube in full (and excellent)
Dreamgirls is one of my favourites

(and White Chicks. Don't judge me. It's all about Terry Crews)
