Bridesmaids - when the main character who used to own a cake shop takes hours to make the most beautiful little cupcake (seems sacrilegious to call it a cupcake, that's how gorgeous it is) and sits and bites into this lonely little cupcake in her lonely kitchen. Vair poignant.

Atonement - the Dunkirk scene. About 5 minutes of continuous tracking.

Railway children - Daddy, my Daddy.

Dambusters - the final scene when Guy Gibson and Barnes Wallis discuss the raid, he walks away and the music starts.

Ice Cold in Alex - the bit where they push the truck up the desert hill and it rolls down again.

Manon Des Sources - when Manon finds the stream has been blocked.

The French Connection - subway scene with Popeye Doyle and the Frog.
All The President's Men - late night conversation between Woodward & Bernstein and Bradley outside Bradley's house.
The Shawshank Redemption - the very end when Andy reunites with Red .
12 Angry Men - When Henry Fonda's character says "I want another vote".
The Snapper - pretty much any scene with Des Curley in it. Colm Meaney should have won an Oscar for that role.

The final scene in Point Break where Johnny (Keanu) releases Bodhi (Patrick Swayze) to go surfing one last time in the 30 year storm on Bells beach, Australia. "I'm not gonna paddle to New Zealand" and "He's not coming back". Fantastic.
