Hi, I am unable to attend a family wedding and will be home alone next Saturday (am a single parent with no friends free to join me!) so I fancy getting a DVD which will entertain me and make me laugh! I have hardly seen any in the last few years so can go back a bit. Looking at spending maybe a fiver. I only got round to seeing Bridesmaids last month - something along those lines would work! Thankyou

Thanks Eliza, I've seen the holiday but not the others. 27 dresses had good reviews I think? Smile

Pitch Perfect (has the Aussie girl from Bridesmaids in it)
Silver Linings Playbook - maybe not a laugh a minute but a surprisingly good & warm film.

Ok, pitch perfect £8, silver linings £12, 27 dresses £3 and 2 days in Paris £5. Thinking grab a 27 dresses bargain to top up One Day? PP and SLP too expensive atm....

Watched One Day last night. Personally thought it was pretty rubbish! Why oh why she loved him after he turned out to be a waster-alcoholic-druggie is beyond me! She should have moved on from him years before and also thought the death scene and concept pants too!! Oh well, it passed the time!! Should have taken your suggestions on board better! Shock

Just watched Heartbreakers. Very funny movie about a mother daughter combo who marry wealthy men and then take them to the cleaners in the divorce.
