About finding a therapy, counsellor in NW London

I got myself a fantastic new name... Anyway,
I am trying to find some kind of good counsellor, therapist to deal with my depression? anxiety? lack of focuse? Not quite sure. I live between Hampstead and Barnet in London, but I am not from here and have not a clue how to start.

or for private check bacp make sure any counsellor is bacp accredited there are lots of quacks out there too.do check authenticity
