I have felt really positive for the past few days but this morning it has all come crashing down again.

I have a massive lump in my throat and keep filling up with tears.

I can't be arsed to get dressed or do the housework and the baby is crawling round in her pj's .

It's all so shitty and I have to pull myself back up for the baby and I have dd's friend coming over after school too.

((hugs))

Me too.

Just off to see my psychologist, thats going to make it even worse (always feel crap afterwards!).

Hope you get it together - and there is nothing wrong with a baby in pjs at 10 in the morning - I'd call that "normal".

Thanks Weegiemum ((hugs)) back to you too.

Going to give myself 10 more minutes to wallow then try and do something.

Hope it goes ok today.

Just want to extend empathies to you.

Have been pretty low here the past few days, too.

Sometimes it's hard to pull yourself out of bed.

How's everyone doing now? I got on OK at the psychologist (wasn't too harrowing!) and am now getting ready to go camping this weekend, which is quite good fun.

Our kids break up for the summer tomorrow lunchtime (early I know - that's Scotland for you!) so its all very exciting!! So I'm feeling more positive.

Hope the day has panned out OK for everyone else too.

xxx

Aw, comewhine!

Glad things went well today, weegie .

I'm always a bit better with the girls here because I have to be but once they go to bed it won't surprise me if I sink again or my damn anxiety kicks off again.

Ours don't finish school till 30 June, though.

Can't wait to have more time just to chill with them.
