Has anyone done the Hoffman Process?

I had never heard of it and in the past couple of weeks I've seen it namechecked several times in the media. Is it considered a reputable method of therapy or do they just have a really good PR department?

Yes I have done it. It was an amazing experience, and made me really look at lots of issues and patterns stemming from childhood etc. The only problem for me has been continuing using the methods in life since. (prob time for me to book a refresher hoffman weekend!)

So what do you actually do on the course? All the stuff I've read seems kind of non-specific which starts all sorts of cultish alarm bells ringing for me.
