After one week of feeling desperate and frightened, I feel a bit brighter. I haven't been depressed, but very withdrawn and very very anxious...eating disorder got out of control which added to the anxiety.
I slept a bit better last night too, only woke once in the night, then awake at 5am but that's ok.
I don't know if anyone wants to know these things, but it really helps me to write it down. It helps also to know how things were last week, so I can see and remember progress.
I have organised to see a friend and go for a walk this afternoon (counsellor's orders!) I am looking forward to it, because I am so so tired.
