I found out i was 10 weeks pregnant in January.Just after my partner left me.I decided to have a termination to save all the trouble it would have keepin it.But deep down i new i wanted it. With the stress of it all a i stopped eating And had a misscariage in febuary. My ex partner said he would give me the support. But has not yet. How long do the emotions last. And why dosent he want to know

am sorry for your loss
please don't beat yourself up about the causes for miscarriage there can be many and unlikely to be you not eating, I expect you did eat something as you are still alive and the foetus would take enough for its needs

as for partner well I find that even when men want the pregnancy they find it hard to really relate until the baby arrives

unfortunately the emotions do linger and it takes time to heal and mourn the loss, and in this case you also lost a relationship

please just do what you can to look after yourself first seek whatever support you need and do try not to rely on him for it

you will come through it
take care

how are you getting on today?
that is a fair drop in weight, grief can do that to you
I hope you are having some real life support, it can be quite hard, give yourself time and above all start looking after yourself
