just take it. I'm never found it to be contra-indicated.

Now.. if you've been drinking and don't take it... hell of depression for 2 days.

just me though. how long have you been on it? I've been on 30mg for ages and just dropped to 20mg, and if I miss a dose I'm a mess.

thats interesting sheeta (lol at your post on my book thread!) because im considering coming off of 40mg and trying to get off the damned things completely - i will take it i think, i dont want a depression over the weekend as i always feel under pressure to be happy when DP home - he works long hours in the week.

I have found that i can miss a day and not be too bad, ive been on them for about 18m and dont think they help me as such anymore and want off. Not that i dont think they have helped me because htey have.

I tend to get quite hyper if i miss it in the morning - so taking at night now, trouble is i forget more of a night

I was taking 40mg, have come down to 20mg and am in the process of coming down to 10mg.

I find if I miss one then I am OK, but if I miss 2 I get more down. Then get nausea etc when I do take it again. Am trying really hard to remember at the moment as I am cutting down and am managing so far.

I drink, generally not to excess and find I don't have any problems with it.
