crappiest week - struggling

history of mental health disorder, severe depression, alcoholism, self harm, ED
dm had recent op - foudn abnormal cells - called for urgent mri at weekdend
H on chemo for cirrhoisis caused by HepC+ caufghgt from infected blood transfusion
DSs had life threatening illnesses
burst water pipe under kithcen - loss adjuster says we need to move out while they dry it for few months
started work this week again afete 3 years
someone drove into my car and written it off
going through diff therapy (folliowiung breakdown lkast year) and trying to rid my mind of demons from abuse as child
messenger got hacked in to
mobile pohone went off to be repaiored and came back with 130 contacts missing
feel so low I ahve lost all feeling
