PND questionnaire score of 15 - what does this mean?

My HV did a questionnaire with me yesterday, to assess if I have PND. Don't know if they use these everywhere, but was wondering if anybody knows what 15 means? How bad/good is it? Feel pretty borderline at the moment, and going back in 2 weeks to be re-assessed.

Any advice very welcome.

I am not sure whether every HA uses the same.

When I did mine I was not completely honest with myself and then ended up in quite a bad way- should have asked for help earlier - so my advice would be don't worry too much about scores but if you are feeling down or overwhelmed get in touch with your HV or GP - they wont think you are wasting their time however little you think your problems are. It is really important that you get help quickly.

All I needed was a couple of sessions with my GP to reassure me and my DH that I was quite normal to be feeling as I did and a few pointers on how to help myself.

How old is you LO?

6 weeks... so hopefully its down to sleep deprivation and will calm down a bit soon, but i've definitely had a few moments where i've felt like i'm loosing it...

just worrying as i can't sleep, even when DS is asleep, and totally lost my appetite... never happened before, even when i've had depression in the past...
