i suspect this is down to a monster case of pmt.
i'm ok for months and one month i get like this and could quite happily run away and never come back.

ds2 is driving me to distarction. he has done nothing but whine and moan and whinge and tantrum all day. nothing i do is ever good enough.

i am very unhappy with some things that are happening at the school and that seems to have really got to me today.
the house is a disgrace.
we have no money.

i am faced with the prospect of 2 week half term coming up with no money to do anything, go anywhere and no support. dh can't take any time off.

i could quite happily go to the airport and jump on the next flight to somewhere and leave all this shit behind.

somebody please tell me things will get better soon.

Of course they'll get better, weary. You've got yourself into a state of mind. You need to be brave, gird your loins, and alter your state of mind.

My flat is a disgrace and I have very little money, too. Yet, I'm happy. You can be too ... HONESTLY.

Sometimes, having no money can lead to creative decisions about what you do during the day.

If you're still around, we could talk some more. And with regard to ds2, if what you're doing isn't good enough for him, then do nothing

STEP 1 - You're the boss.

How old is ds2?

I could have written your original post, it all sounds very familiar! Yesterday I was reduced to screaming at my ds and swearing at him and then despising myself for it. But I think it's normal to go a bit mental if you're stuck at home with a toddler.

Do you have regular adult company, eg at toddler groups?
