I was feeling totally on edge earlier. Lots of little things got me feeling worked up. So I watched Friday Night Dinner with DS2 who'd never seen it before, his laughs cheered me up even though he was really annoying me earlier tonight.

I know it's late but I'm contemplating a bar of chocolate now, not ready for bed yet.

I've pulled back from something similar. It's in the distant past now but it was destructive to say the least.

Now and then it threatens to creep in to my life but I fight it down. It's worth the battle. The energy it saps out of you is worth it because in the end you win, and life is good.

I will most likely clean the house first, because it's not as clean as it usually is when the dds are in the routine of school and nursery . Then maybe Dh and I will go out. If I havnt pissed him off too much with my constant snapping today
