long term user of MH services so you'd think I'd have a rough idea at least
I relied heavily on my old cpn initiating contact, asking the right questions and she also did pretty much everything including prescribing, or coming to the house to do blood tests - my new one might not have these skills!
So I'm wondering what else they do and at what frequency of contact, maybe there are things other people's cpns do that I haven't thought of which might be useful for me?

How to 'make a plan' with a new cpn?
