How to 'make a plan' with a new cpn?

long term user of MH services so you'd think I'd have a rough idea at least Hmm

I relied heavily on my old cpn initiating contact, asking the right questions and she also did pretty much everything including prescribing, or coming to the house to do blood tests - my new one might not have these skills!

So I'm wondering what else they do and at what frequency of contact, maybe there are things other people's cpns do that I haven't thought of which might be useful for me?

It may be worth seeing how the new one pans out. And, of course, you are always free to ask questions to gage the type of contact you'll be having.
