That is really lovely news. It's amazing how some insight can change your whole approach isn't it? You sound like you're in a really good position to make progress now.

I was highly impressed with cbt some years ago, totally changed my mindset and life got easier a step at a time.

After years of thinking I was just a bit of a drama queen, I have been diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety.

I've just started CBT.

I feel sad and relieved at the same time that I don't have to feel like this forever, after putting up with it for so long.
