Just finished counselling sessions - feeling very low

I've just had my last counselling session after six months. I left and drove home and was in floods of tears driving home. Is this normal? I agreed with the counsellor that I'm fine and we couldn't really go any further but feeling a bit strange about it all.

Totally normal, endings can be so difficult. You will be OK, this will pass. It's ok to miss them and the counseling process flowers

Thanks Alice Scarlett. I wasn't really prepared for it. It feels so strange. I haven't cried for ages and it seems ironic that the end of counselling made me cry again.
