Cyclothymia. Not again...

I have cyclothymia. It had been under control for ages but it kicked my butt last year for a few months. I've been mostly well since the Autumn but a few little blips.

Now once again I can feel it bubbling. Like I need to scratch inside my head, I'm too tired to go through any more ups and downs.

Too tired. Too embarrassed of what people think of me as I know I can be overly bouncy and chatty and loud or I can be quiet to the point of weird.

No. Just no. No more sad

What things can you do to help look after yourself OP?
thanks
