I need some signposting about the above. I guess what I'm looking for is support/resources for those around the sufferer if that makes sense. Beyond the wiki type explanations of what it is. A charity? Anything moght help. Thank you

Your post is a bit obscure. Can you say more about what you mean so we can maybe help - I don't think there's a charity for fabricated illness and it's a complicated issue.

Don't think there are any charities but Marc Feldman has written good books on it.
