They are 2 and 3. I'm prepped and ready, (message edited by MNHQ)

I've tried once tonight but all its given me is bruises and a shitty cough.

No one gives a hoot, time to try Wink

Ps I do not need a nice chat with the Samaratains. I'm not just a little bit sad

Sorry if our posts may seem trite
It's definitely worth talking to someone in RL though.

Are you talking about hanging yourself? If so, yes, your children would notice. Call someone for help please.

Please go and speak to your DH or call the Samaritans. You sound serious and I'm very concerned.

What's SJS? Yes, they'd notice. Today, tomorrow & every day.

Tell us something you like doing.

We hope you don't mind, but we'll also remove part of your OP as we don't like to let this kind of thing stand.
Please DO look at our guide here. You don't need us to tell us about the samaritans but we will Samaritans' website here, or email them on [email protected].

It really IS a good idea to seek RL help and support as well.
Very kindest to you

You're posting here to delay. Go and hug and kiss your children and DH and forget about tonight. Tomorrow might be the day your life will change.

My husband died suddenly two years ago when my boys were 3 and 5. Two years later and my now five year old is only just starting to deal with his Daddy's death because he didn't understand. He asked me every day for four months if Daddy was coming home today. Now, he is sad that he can't remember him properly and is desperate for a new daddy because everyone has one and he needs one too.

I know you must be in a difficult place, but please, please don't do this to your family. They will never, ever get over it.

Samaritans are not just there for a nice chat. And they're not there to stop you either- they respect your autonomy to make your own decision. They are there for you to be able to have someone to talk to about this, in confidence, with no judgement or pressure.

Please think of your kids when they get up in the morning and look for you. They will be scared and will never get over it.

Of course they would notice.
I also have bipolar.

I have been where you are. I came through it and have a normal life.

I know it doesn't feel like it right now but you can get better x

Do you have a crisis team you could contact, OP?

Your children would miss you every day for the rest of their lives.

Think about watching them grow up, the milestones in their lives. How happy you will feel to see them happy.

You can get through this.
