Do you ever get days where everything just feels totally crappy? Even when you know you should feel happy you just feel like crying all bloody day long.I am having such a foul day, I hate myself and everyone around me is just bugging me. Think I should just go to bed and hope I wake up in a better mood in the morning.

Put it this way - If I thought chucking myself under the next tram would be pain free, I'd do it.

I think to myself - I can't take much more of this constant shit...no money, soul-destroying job, no sleep, constant joint pain, house is a tip, getting knocked back with everything.

I know I've got a DH who loves me and I love him and adore our DS and I'm grateful for that but I don't know how much more I can take

(sorry misdee - you've got it way way way worse than me. I admire you so much for coping so well)

Hi Iklboo - Can I suggest that you try an acupuncturist? My DD who may possibly have Rheumatoid Arthritis and was in awful pain - could not at times pick up baby etc. is now, after 3 treatments 90% better. Not sure where you are but the place she goes to is in Altrincham. Acupuncture can treat many things, probably even depression. However, feeling bad with pain does not exactly make you feel on top of the world does it? Look into acupuncture - I am sure it will help.
