Anyone else got PMT today?

How good is mumsnet when you have PMT?!Everyone in the realworld seem to be perfect - chocolate isn't enough and you don't want to depress the life out of your friends or family! Good old mumsnet!

If anyone wants a good old moan today, I am here to listen as I am in the same boat as you!

I have just moved to a new area and met up with some other mums who are really nice and you know what it is like, they are lovely but it is always your child that throws a paddy or whacks someone. You try to stay calm but inside you are in bits desperately trying to keep the situation calm!

My house is a mess and I have a locksmith coming round in a minute so he will see the state of the place and rather than doing anything about it, I am on here! Good old Mumsnet!

Glad to hear that you are better - that sounds awful- I have found that PMT and periods much worse since I had my dd but never screaming in my sleep.

It sounds like you need to wind down more before bed - I am the opposite I am like a 50 year old nodding off in the armchair (I am 29) which is embarrassing when you are with your husband but when you are with friends of your own age it is downright crucifying!

I think you are right, I definitely need to wind down more before bed. I get absolutely exhausted just before my period though. I really have to drag myself out of bed in the morning and my legs feel like lead!

And the best cure for period legs is having a screaming toddler clinging to them!

I was such a cow this am - my dh casually demanded that I tied up the medicine box which is always spewing over and the gates of hell opened up to him! It is amazing how such trivial things can be the biggest deal at 6 am! The amount of fury that can boil up is frightening - I am a gentle person but I was eeeevil! I am going to have one more baby (I hope) and then that's it I want the whole lot out!
