I have had a break from MN (for about 2 months I think) but I found myself back on here the other day (looking for a friend) and seem to have got the urge to post again.

Anyway, I wanted to say Hi to all the people who used to speak to me before. I dont feel strong enough to say much about myself atm, but maybe in time I will. But how are all of you???

Oh how spooky! I was going to send a general post out today to say hello and see how you were, as I had realised that you weren't posting much atm!!

Good to hear from you.

aww thanks NQSTM. I am okay. Not great, but okay. I'm not sure when I'll be able to trust myself on post details about me, but being back here is a start. How are you??

Hi

I'm good thanks. I've been swimming quite regularly recently which dh has worked out is good for me. He's really good at sending me off when I don't feel like going, and it makes quite a difference to how I feel in general - much more positive. Nights are still very broken with ds2, but he has slept through a couple of times recently, so there is hope!

Don't feel under pressure to post about yourself. Whilst you are going through counselling you are probably getting plenty of opportunity to talk about yourself. You don't have to feel obliged to post here too.

Good to have you back onboard.

Hi naswm. I recognise your name, but I'm not sure why as I don't think we've ever chatted. Hope you're ok.
