Does anyone with bpd get DLA?

If currently not getting DLA benefits have changed and no new claims for DLA - it is now a benefit called PIP which involves form filling and meeting someone to assess whether meet the criteria.

I used to have high care and low mobility, now middle rate and low mobility indefinitely.
