ive been feeling ok but after teatime ive jist lay in bed in tears feeling very strange about myself. been very moody with my oh all day n now hes been quiet with me him and the kids would be better off without me

Of course they wouldn't be better without you. Your OH is probably just quiet because he can see you're upset. Have you told him you don't feel yourself?

he got really angry when i moan at him then went wuiet with me he knows how ive been feeling but hes not supporrtive at all
