im feeling so ill due to stress, my anxiety levels have rocketed, I have no one to help me with my little girl, her dad is an alcoholic, struggling to cope with that and my brother in law is in hospital critically ill in intensive care, im falling apart

So sorry to hear yr not coping and no wonder u have a lot going on.

What sort of help do u want with yr little girl?

Ask yr CAB if there is any organisations that support families of Alcoholics.
