And i really dont know why.
Im in agony from SPD (had it almost a year now, but the pain seems to radiate outwards to my back, neck as well etc).
I missed a couple of my anti-d's for a few days, couldnt get hold of new perscription (SP, had first one again yesturaday,a nd due one in about a hour.
Why do I feel so low today. My dd/ds are at my inlaws, and my dh is in work so im in the house on my own!

Sometimes being on your own can be what makes you feel worse. You know nothing to take your mind off how you are feeling. Could you have someone round to keep you company?

Sympathies with the SPD BTW. I had that with my 4th baby and it still twinges now sometimes if I do stupid.

All my mates who normally come over in the week is with their dp's, but my dh works shifts, so often works 6days at a time.
I would drive to my parents, but the pain is too severe.

Could they come to you? Your pain sounds really bad and I hate to think of you alone.

If it helps, think that you are asking for help because of the SPD rather than the depression. I know that would be easier in my mind. It is daft the way we are embarrassed about mental illness and don't acknowledge it in the same was as we do physical illness, but that's how most of us are.

I do hope you feel better soon - from both pains. I have to go now, but wish you well. Smile
