Citalopram (another thread!)

I find I can feel my symptoms creeping back if I've missed more than one day.

Are you having any other treatment for your anxiety other than the citalopram? If not, I'd imagine your symptoms would come back, but I don't know that for sure.

I've been on 10mgs since feb. I've never felt better, I feel like I am the person I should be and am handling life so much better than I ever have.

I've been ill and missed 4 days last week: tues/weds then fri/sat dose last week and I can feel the panic creeping back in. Is this normal?

Also, if I have been anxious my whole life and citalopram has virtually cured this, then if I came off them would I go back to having full on anxiety?
