Yes do that! I think you will find one that works for you it will be give you the lift you need to at least face work.
I'm sorry things are so difficult right now but they WILL get better.I'm in West Yorkshire so if you're nearby pm me and I'll be there for a rant if you need to vent!
Good luck Abbi x

Thanks cappucinogirl4 think I will contact my GP tomoro, although I really don't want to go back on AD think I need to give it another go. As for OH don't think I have the energy for his reaction right now..thank u so much for listening

I think you should give the AD's another go.There are loads to try and they should help you feel like you can cope a bit better.Mine took about 3 weeks to kick in but now my panic attacks are few and far between.I also was referred for counselling on the nhs and that has enabled me to put life into perspective.Would that be an option?

I really feel you need to talk to your OH.It's not fair that you have to battle on.You seem to be worried about his feelings but what about yours? You need some support too.Has he had any treatment or counselling? Maybe now's the time to address his problems.I understand it's hard but he needs to take some responsibility for things.

Yes there are people worse off than you but this is YOUR situation.

I couldn't lay this on my family as they always talk about how proud they are that I 'made something of myself ' they don't even know iv been off sick. Also my mum doesn't keep well and my brothers and sister are not great at giving up their time to help so I need to 'put my happy face on' and help her out a few days a week..and she doesn't really hold my IH in high regard so this would be right up her street..work have been as understanding as they can, it's only my 2 best friends who know the extent of my feelings, but there's only so much I can expect them to listen to.,I keep telling myself to just get on with it and stop moaning there's so many folks worse off than me, but it just isn't working anymore..

Any family nearby? Can you talk to work? Can you have your workload reduced? Sorry you've probably been through those options.i thought though that employers had to be helpful when it comes to mental health as well as physical health.

Thanks, don't really think talking it throo with him is an option as It will stress him out and i don't have the strenght to deal with his reaction as he always expects me to be the one to pick him up when he's stressed. thanks anyways

Oh Abbi,I suffer from panic and anxiety too.I haven't got any practical advice but didn't want to read and run.

Am here to hand hold though.

You need to talk to your OH.You can't be expected to carry on like this.Is that possible?
Hopefully someone will be along in a minute with some wise words.

Hi..not sure were to start. Have been suffering with anxiety and panic for about 5 months now (probably longer but only admitted it then) have been to docs tried various different AD with various side effects, have not been taking anything for past 4 weeks (spoke to doc about this and she agreed to let me try) but have now reached an all time low..I'm now on half pay at work and can't afford to stay off any longer but have a very stressful job and I'm terrified to go back incase I screw up big time..can't think straight..my OH isn't the strongest of people and always expects me to be the one to fix things and solve the problems of family life so I really don't know what to do. also he only works PT in a really low paid job because he can't handle stress so my salary is what keeps our heads above water..I'm seriously starting to resent the fact that he made the choice to take all the stress of work off himself while I'm expected to return to work working 12 hr shifts when I know I'm not going to cope...feel like all choice has been taken away from me..
