Probably not much, but if you are still feeling down, you could ask to have the dose upped. I'm on 100mg/day and its made the world of difference to me.

I had previously been on Citalopram which helped a bit but never blasted my anxiety away like this seems to have done.

It might alternatively be worth trying an alternative AD. In clinical trials for example, there's not much to pick between the 2 drugs I have had, but personally, one has worked much better for me than the other, and I am sure there must be some element of your personal chemistry in it because we are not identical, we just mostly fit into a spectrum of "normal" levels of things.

Go back to your doctor, they can change the dose or change the medication to something that may well suit you better.
