I can't stop crying, I want to sleep all the time, I'd love it if the rest of the world would go away. I just can't deal with things at the moment.

It was my Nana's funeral on Friday and the grief is overwhelming.

I don't expect anyone to answer, I just needed to get it out and I've only the kids to talk to and they only screach at each other at the moment.

Sorry to hear your having a tough time (hugs)
Can you go to your GP and perhaps think about counselling or anti depressants to help you through this bad time ?
Ive had severe depression, and you WILL be happy again, you just need to combat it first.
Good Luck

It's really tough isn't it? But you know it WILL get better. I know that doesn't help you at the moment - but make it your mantra 'it will get better'. You will learn to adapt to the 'new world' - if that makes sense.

Take care of yourself and don't be too hard on yourself. Put loads of vids on for the kids and go easy. Do something you love - be it baking cakes/internet surfing/booking a holiday - whatever.

desperate housewife - I take great comfort from you saying that as I know you have really been through it recently. I will be able to do thinks like that soon but I feel like someone has let the plug out of me at the moment.

So sorry to hear that Cadbury

Its awful when you lose someone you love. It does take time, and as DHW says, it WILL get better.

Take all the time you need to grieve, and come on hear to rant as much as you need.

Do whatever you need to do to keep the kids quiet - pizza, vids etc (they might be missing her too?).

Please CAT me if you want to talk.
