A miscarriage, 3 and a half years of counselling (individual and couple), a spell of taking Fluoxetine, trying not to talk about it, trying to ignore it, anger, bargaining... I have tried the whole lot.
I have managed to loose my self esteem and my identity in the process.
Would anybody know of a reliable therapist who could get me out of this???

Thanks

I am sorry not to be able to offer much advice. I just did not want your post to go unanswered.

I doult there is a lot that a therapist can do. You are in a hideous situation. If your husband is not prepared to have children and you still want children then you are probably better to divorce while you are young enough to make another relationship.

You could ask your GP what is available in your area.

only other thought I have is to look on the bacp website, which will list all therapists who work to the bacp code of ethics... you click on search for a therapist and it lists all people in your area/county and you can then see what their specialisms are, how they work, charges etc.

All the best.
